Behind the house at Park Farm we offer a choice of four delightful single storey cottages, all with wheelchair access. Bluebell, Bonny and Buttercup are positioned round a flower-decked courtyard - a wonderful place for a sunny breakfast or a barbecue on warm summer evenings. Bertie sits on its own at the bottom of our garden, with French windows opening into a little garden with views of the fields beyond. All four cottages have full central heating, so are very welcoming whatever the weather or time of year.

BLUEBELL - Sleeps 2
A really lovely cottage for two people, but with a bedroom big enough to accommodate a cot and a small bed if required. There are zip-and-link beds throughout all the cottages, which allows for either double or single sleeping. The kitchen/living room is spacious and airy, fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker and microwave, with plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces. The large living area has TV, video and CD player. There is a good choice of books and magazines, games and jigsaws. The bathroom is fully fitted with shower over a full-sized bath plus shaver point and vanity light over basin. [More Details..]

BONNY - Sleeps 4
The main bedroom has double and twin beds - zip-and-link as in Bluebell. The second bedroom has 3' bunk beds and the whole cottage overlooks our delightful garden. This cottage has a dishwasher, otherwise the specification is as for Bluebell. The living room is furnished with TV, video/DVD player and radio/CD player. BUTTERCUP - Sleeps 4
Both bedrooms have either single or double beds. All the bedroom furniture was made by a local craftsman to give the extra something to your stay at Park Farm. Both bedrooms have quilted wall hangings designed and made by Margaret, and all cottages have colourful pictures of local scenes, both photographic and painted, which are also available to purchase. BERTIE - Sleeps 4
This cottage is 'Homes and Gardens eat your heart out' with lovely bright colours, plush window dressings and French windows out of the kitchen/living room into its own little garden.

We have done the conversion with people in wheelchairs particularly in mind, although they will need someone with them because the kitchen surfaces are normal height. It is equally good, however, for able-bodied people. One shower room is a ‘wet room’ i.e. the shower has no lip to step over, is very spacious and has grab rails round; a rail is also by the toilet. Guests may make use of a perch stool and a high rise seat for the toilet. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite shower, toilet and basin. Both bedrooms have twin or double beds. [More Details..]
